1. Order Processing
After your order is placed, we generally process it within 1–2 business days.
2. Shipment
Once your order ships, tracking information is provided when available and the carrier begins scanning the package.
3. Delivery
Standard delivery generally takes approximately 4–8 business days after processing.
Where Can I Find My Order Number?
Your order number can usually be found in the order confirmation email sent after your purchase. Check your email inbox, including your spam or junk folder.
If you recently placed your order and tracking information is not available yet, please allow time for your order to be processed and for the carrier to register the shipment.
Tracking Information Hasn't Updated
Tracking information may not update immediately after an order ships. Carriers can sometimes take time to scan and update a package in their tracking system.
